Before entering real estate, Frank spent much of his life competing at a high level in baseball. He played college baseball at Gateway Community College and Park University Gilbert before continuing his career professionally in the Pioneer League with the Grand Junction Jackalopes. That experience shaped his approach to business: preparation matters, details matter, and consistency over time is what creates results.
